Social Development reiterates dedication to strengthening SASSA grants

Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and determination to strengthening South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) companies throughout an engagement together with the agency's senior professionals at a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric exams.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered with the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% of the registered pupils within the education and learning sector.
These learners attained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
